A little cutie

The last year or two has seen an increase in the size of handmade cards but sometimes small is appropriate.

This little card is a 4" square, just the right size to leave a note through a neighbour or friends door. The three bird houses have been stamped and the design is coloured with pencils then a little glitter is added. Edging the design in several coordinating layers brings out the pencil colours.

Another 4" square card has been used for these two cute hedgehogs. The bumblebee backing paper was shop bought but you could create something similar with a small stamp.

Once again I have used pencils to colour the design and added a little glitter added to the bumble bee wings adds a touch of sparkle. Both designs were made using stamps from Penny Black.
